{"id":5980,"date":"2021-08-30T17:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-08-30T15:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sampierana.com\/accordo-sampierana-s-p-a-cnh-industrial\/"},"modified":"2024-09-06T10:36:50","modified_gmt":"2024-09-06T08:36:50","slug":"accordo-sampierana-s-p-a-cnh-industrial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sampierana.com\/en\/accordo-sampierana-s-p-a-cnh-industrial\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESS RELEASE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Sampierana S.p.A. announces the reach of an important agreement with CNH Industrial, a global leader in the agricultural, earthmoving, commercial vehicles and powertrain sectors, with a wide range of products and a worldwide presence.<br>In 2020, Sampierana exceeded turnover by 100 millions, following the positive trend of recent years, with solid and concrete growth prospects.\n<br>This acquisition will enable CNH Industrial Construction Equipment business to integrate Eurocomach earthmoving machines, Sampierana undercarriages and spare parts into its current product portfolio alongside those of its existing third-party OEM partners.<br>We are proud of the agreement reached after long months of bargaining, as CNH Industrial chose our company for the reliability, quality and innovative technology of our products and also for our broad product portfolio and high customization capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-default is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8220;<em>Together with CNH Industrial, our company will continue to grow and will enjoy all the advantages that a large industrial shareholder can provide. The link with the territory has always been a cornerstone of our business and for this reason the investments in our plants in San Piero in Bagno, Modena and Cesena will continue: in fact, the agreement states that production lines will be expanded as early as 2022 and CNH will strengthen all our sectors. At the same time, we want to emphasize that our brands and commercial network will be preserved.
