During August, line 3 operators participated in training under the guidance of internal trainers and external providers. The course of 40 total hours alternated between classroom training online training and project work.

Divided into groups, workers created small teams grappling with solving different problems proposed by the trainers.
In the Cesena plant, the trainers delved into the proper use of wrenches and electric screwdrivers along with handling critical issues in the absence of these tools.
On this occasion, the production team had the opportunity to test themselves in the assembly of the new Eurocomach-branded electric model: the 25X.
The goal is to continue to create and provide space for these moments of training and growth for the entire Sampierana team already looking toward the future.
